Cosmetic Organizer DIY (10 STEPS)
Actually I don’t even know when I published some previous DIY. I guess it was a whiůe ago. Anyway yesterday I’ ve decided that I’m a bit bored of my own room and I planned a kind of “makeover” – nothing big, no demolitions, just new colour of the walls, decoration, new pillows for my bed etc. But before I’m gonna start with the makeover, I thought it would be fine, if I tidied the mess, so I started with my cosmetic locker. I have often a lot of mess in there, because when I’m running out of time in the morning, always when I finish my makeup, I put the foundation to one box, lipstick to another, I walk with the mascara around the flat and then I find it in some another room … So I hope, that once I expendet so much effort, I’m gonna keep the order for a while 🙂

Barre, Buti, HIIT, …
A couple days ago, I “rediscovered” POPSUGAR Fitness channel. I don’t mean I didn’t know this channel before – I have known it for a long time, but I’ve always prefered workout on Blogilates or BeFit, because that seemed easier to me. But after I got through one video, I started being really interested to working out according to this channel – a lot. In the videos, the trainers are changing and they all act so positive, that the exercising with them feels amazing. You can choose from lot of kinds of workouts – whether cardio,strengthening or HIIT etc. and from videos with different lenghts – 10 minutes of lees to three quaters of an hour videos.
Osobně mě nejvíc zaujalo cvičení Cardio Barre, které spojuje balet, jógu a pilates a zaměřuje se jak na spalování kalorií, tak na tvarování postavy. Stejně tak můžu doporučit Buti – spojení jógy a tance. Oba typy cvičení jsou dost odlišné od obyčejného cardia, kde do mrtva opakujete podobně únavné a namáhavé cviky jako jsou burpees, mountain climbers, kliky, sedy-lehy a podobné toho typu.
Personally I prefer the Cardio Bare workout, that connects ballet, yoga and pilates and it’s focused on burning calories and also toning your body. Also I can recomment Buti – connection of yoga and dance. Both these workouts are different than the normal cardio videos, where you have to just repeat burpees, mountain climbers, push-ups, sit-ups and other hard and tiring exercises like these.
